Appointments in Helkama Bica

Ms. Mari Alanko has been appointed Purchaser. She started her work 14.8.2009 and is responsible of purchases both to Hanko and Kaarina.

Ms. Anja Mustonen has been appointed Sales Assistant.
She serves the domestic customers. In addition she also takes care of the telephone exchange.

Mr. Sami-Pekka Arlin has been appointed Area Sales Manager.
He primarily serves the domestic customers.

Ms. Anette Bergman takes care of Export Sales and Marketing.
She continues her current duties and in addition takes care of the Marketing of Marine Cables.

Mr. Teemu Poikkimäki has been appointed Product Development Engineer. He started his work in October 2009.

Helkama Bica Fiscal Period 2008/2009

fiscalperiod08-09 The accounting year was exceptionally 16 months, 1.9.2008– 31.12.2009. The reason for this is that the company will change to the accounting year January–December.

Helkama Bica's sales revenues in 16 months were € 41,0 million, 22% lower than the previous year, related to a 12-month period. Operating profit was less than the previous year mainly due to the lower sales revenues. The company's equity ratio is 72%.

Helkama Bica employs 140 persons in Finland and 63 persons in China.
